Learn how to style a Large Square Silk Scarf into this simple yet stunning style.

How to style a Large 100cm Silk Square Scarf into The Shawl.
Probably the most iconic way to wear a large square scarf: as a shawl. This not only shows off Clare's original artwork to perfection, but it's probably our simplest style of all.
You can either tie a knot at the front to create this style, or use a classic Clare Haggas signature scarf ring to secure, with the option of creating a bow.
Watch the video above to see Clare show you how to recreate this surprisingly simple style, or follow the steps below:
Fold a large square silk scarf diagonally in half

1: Fold the scarf in half diagonally to create a triangle

2: Drape the scarf behind you, so the larger pointed end is going down your back

3: Bring the two smaller pointed ends so the fall at the front

4: Now you can either tie the two ends together, or take your Scarf Ring, and feed the two ends of the scarf through the top of the scarf ring

5: Feed the scarf ring upwards, to roughly where you'd like it to sit. Either leave your style like this, or...

6: ...pull the edges of the scarf through the left and right sides of the scarf ring, to create a bow!
