Statement of Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety

We hereby confirm that all our products fully comply with the requirements set forth in Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety (GPSR).

 

As outlined in the GPSR, all products placed on or made available in the market must meet safety standards, regardless of whether they are subject to other specific Union legislation.

 

As such, we have, in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) — Regulation (EU) 2023/988, appointed an authorised representative. Our representatives responsibilities include:

 

●       Cooperating with authorities on product safety,

●       Keeping technical documentation and the Declaration of Conformity available to authorities,

●       Communicating with authorities on behalf of the manufacturer,

●       Providing compliance documentation, and

●       Ensuring traceability.

 

We are committed to ensuring the safety of all products placed on the market. We will cooperate fully with market surveillance authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
