At Clare Haggas we aim for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, which is why we provide a transparent returns policy. We understand there are occasions when a return might be required. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.

Please note: 

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

All items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all boxes, bags, paper, and swing tags attached.

How to return an item:

  1. Return form - Download the return form here
  2. Complete the returns form - print and complete the form with all necessary details, including the reason for your return, and your original order information
  3. Prepare your return - include the completed return form in the package with the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to include this from will prevent Clare Haggas Fine Art from completing the refund. All items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all boxes, gift bags, paper, and swing tags attached
  4. Send the item back - return the item(s) using a tracked and signed for service, such as Royal mail special delivery to the address below. Clare Haggas Fine Art requires that you, the consumer, covers the cost of the postage for the returns

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed on your original payment method. Please allow this time before checking for an update.

Important: Clare Haggas Fine Art is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure you use a tracked service and insure against loss or damage. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory condition (e.g. damaged or soiled) will not be eligible for a refund.
